The Personal Consultation is an opportunity for you and your trainer to meet each other, build rapport, gather information as it relates to your physical health and wellness, and process the information to formulate an action plan. You will work together to determine your best options for success.

Balanced Physique sessions are 1 hour in length. The exercises, methods, and equipment will depend on your specific requirements. Your trainer is well equipped with a wide variety of equipment, including stability balls, medicine balls, resistance tubing, free weights, etc. Clients are encouraged to make use of their own personal fitness equipment. However, if required, equipment is provided free of charge for the session.
We offer one-on-one, two-person, and small group personal training packages.
Stroller Fit
Ease back into
working out with this gentle mom and baby stroller fitness class.
This
class combines power walking drills and functional strength
training, using your body weight, baby weight and resistance
bands, to help you burn calories and increase your energy.
With an emphasis on restoring your core safely, this class is
ideal for moms 4 weeks (6 weeks for caesareans) to 6
months postpartum, moms of older babies returning to fitness or any
moms experiencing low back pain, incontinence, abdominal separation,
or pubic bone pain. An excellent start for c-section moms! All
purpose strollers may be used.
Boot Camp Synergy

Our fitness specialists will organize and design a Customized Boot Camp program that is unique, challenging, and fun! Each Boot Camp Program is tailored to accommodate your participants’ current fitness levels, goals, and fitness experience.
Gather a few of your family, friends, or co-workers for Customized Boot Camp sessions that are full of laughter, challenge, and adventure. Boot Camp is a wonderful way to be active with your friends while enjoying our natural beauty and scenery. Say goodbye to your excuses and skipped workouts – with your Boot Camp instructor and your fellow participants providing support and a lighthearted atmosphere, you will be encouraged to stay active and motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals. We will come to your home, community or office!!!!
You decide on the location! If you are unsure of a suitable outdoor location, simply let us know the area of the city you would like your Boot Camp, and we will suggest one or two ideal locations in the area.
All Boot Camp sessions are 1 hour, although you can request shorter or longer sessions to fit your schedule and goals.
What do I need to bring to camp?
For women please bring one set of 5 or 8 lb. hand weights, for men
please bring 10lb hand held weights, and any type of exercise mat.
You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during
camp. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you
will get warm very fast!
