You're not alone. Eighty percent of people discontinue their exercise program after 2-3 months. But this time, things are going to be different. Your personal trainer will help you adhere to your program consistently. When you schedule an appointment with a trainer, you make a commitment to yourself - a commitment that your trainer won't let you break!

We service City of Burlington and our surrounding communities.
Do I need to have my own equipment?
No. Our clients are encouraged to make use of their own personal fitness equipment. However, if required, equipment is provided free of charge.
How do I schedule my personal training sessions?
After deciding how many sessions per week you would like to train, you will select an available timeslot which fits your schedule as well as your personal trainers’ schedule, and which will usually remain constant. To avoid potential scheduling conflicts, all new clients are strongly advised to select their timeslot's prior to purchasing their sessions.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a session. Failure to give notice will result in a forfeit of the payment and session. All cancelled sessions will be re-scheduled. If notice is given, extensions will be made for travel, vacations, etc.
Personal training sessions are non-transferable and unused sessions are non-refundable.
